1.1 To access and view Content you will need to register an account as a High Health member and purchase a High Health Service subscription (“Subscription”) plan.
1.2 To create a High Health account to subscribe and use High Health services, you must:
- be aged 18 or above.
- obtain a valid payment method acceptable to us (as confirmed during the online registering process).
1.3 High Health is not suitable generally suitable for use of children under the age of 18 years old. If you are the parent or legal guardian of a child that participates in High Health services, you are responsible for monitoring and supervising your child’s use. We advise you to consult with your child’s doctor before using High Health services and follow his or her advice.
1.4 Your Subscription will begin upon successful payment and will automatically renew for the continual subscription period unless you or we cancel it in accordance with this Agreement.
1.5 You can find details of your Subscription with us at any time, including the renewal date and price for your Subscription, by signing into your High Health account and clicking on “My Account”.
1.6 During your Subscription, we grant you unlimited access the High Health services to view content on PDF and video streaming. You must not reproduce, perform, display, or exhibit the High Health services or the content for any commercial purpose or in any public place without consent.
1.7 We may offer several subscription plans, including subscriptions with varying subscription periods, conditions, and limitations. Any specific terms relating to a particular subscription plan will be notified to you via High Health before you sign up for a Subscription. These specific terms will take precedence over the terms set out in this Agreement, to the extent that a conflict arises.
1.8 We encourage you to check the relevant terms and conditions, which apply to any Promotional Offer for full details. We are not responsible for the products and services provided by these third parties.
1.9 The Content available provided by High Health may vary by country. The number of devices on which you may simultaneously watch Content via your Subscription is limited to one. The availability of content and quality High Health services may vary from computer to computer, and device to device due to a variety of factors, such as your location, your carrier, the bandwidth available through and/or speed of your internet connection.
1.10 Our price Subscriptions may change from time to time. Where is occurs, any price changes that apply to you, “we”, High Health will notify you within 30 days following any price alterations and its schedule. notice to you.
1.11 If there is a reasonable belief that you have breached this Agreement or using High Health services and the Content or your Subscription in any manner other than for its intended purpose, fraudulently or illegally, “we”, High Health may end your right to access or any part of High Health services or your access to Subscription immediately.
1.12 Where the decision to end your rights to access your High Health Subscription and services you must stop all activities authorised by this Agreement.
Payments and Cancellations
2.1 By purchasing a Subscription and providing or designating a Payment Method, you authorise “us”, High Health to charge you the relevant fee at the then current rate (“Subscription Fee”) to your Payment Method.
2.2 The Subscription Fee will be charged at the start of your registration and at the start of each subscription period thereafter, unless and until your subscription is cancelled
2.3 To cancel your subscription this must be actioned before the end of your current subscription period to avoid being charged for the next Subscription fee period to your Payment Method.
2.4 Cancellation should be 7 days before Subscription renewal to enable successful process.
2.5 Unless required by law, there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. However, adhering to our cancellation procedure, you will continue to have access to High Health services through to the end of your current billing or subscription period.
2.6 If you cancel your Subscription, your High Health account will automatically deactivate and delete at the end of your current subscription period. Deletion of your account can be processed by visiting “My Account”. If your require support to close your account you must email email@example.com subject “Cancel my account”
2.7 To reinstate your subscription after cancellation you will be required to complete a new and full registration.
2.8 All payments will be processed in the currency specified at the time you signed up for your Subscription
2.9 Where payment is not successful settled you are required to update/edit your Payment Method information or cancel your High Health account. Failure to do so can lead to your account to be suspended and your access revoked by High Health until a valid payment method is attained.
2.10 Upon updating your Payment Method, you authorise “us” High Health to charge the updated Payment Method for any uncollected amounts and restore your on-going Subscription Fee. Result may affect changes to your payment dates or subscription period.
2.11 Where you receive a notification outlining a price change and you request to terminate your Subscription at the new price, you can cancel your Subscription before the start of the next subscription period by following the steps in clause 2.4
2.12 The price of your Subscription will not change until the start of your next subscription period
